Nokia S60 users follow the below given method:-

>>First of all download any of the modded opera which ur device supports from links given at the bottom of the post
>>then create (or edit) the new settings in ur phone by going
menu>settings>connectivity>destination>
and create new acess point there with the following setting fields:
acess point= airtelgprs.com
and then click on options and goto advanced settings
in "Proxy server address" write= "80.239.242.253" (without quotes)
and in "Proxy port number" write= "80" (not 8080)
and after that you are done, Just open the any of the opera handler given below and select the above created acess point in it, and it will work 100% free via it....
Note: some samsung or other java supporting that has the option to set proxy to acesspoint can also use it

Now the problem is for nokia s40 users there is no option to set proxy for acess point, but there is also a trick for that, for that u need to have phones (one nokia s40 an other having bluetooth feature).
>> first of all download the predefined configuration setting file(airtel new by cs aug 2012.prov) from below link into the phone (other than s40)
DOWNLOAD PRO HERE>> then send that .prov file to ur s40 phone via bluetooth to ur s40 phone
>> after that ur s40 phone will show "configuration received" save that and activate it as default in ur network setting ( set acess point to "airtel new by DW aug 2012" there)
>> now install any of the opera handler from the links given below that ur device supports and after that install it via "airtel hack by DW" acesspoint settings, it will work 100% free on that also :)
